1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout when you’re ready.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online banking, credit cards, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay.


3. When will I receive my order?

Delivery typically takes within 14 working days within Malaysia.


4. Do you offer self-pickup or same-day delivery?

At the moment, we only offer standard delivery. However, we’re working on adding more options soon!


5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.


6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 24 hours and provide a video of unboxing the item upon receive the stock. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund on our return policy.


7. Do you accept returns or refunds?

We appreciate your understanding that we do not offer returns or refunds.
